These mugs take foreeeeever and I absolutely love doing them! Each fish is hand-painted and then after each one is finished I usually say “oh my gosh, so cute.” They are hand thrown on the wheel using speckled white clay and then trimmed and fired twice. After the fish are glazed using underglaze, a clear coat goes over them, and then I cross my fingers as I light them on fire.
Each mug holds about 12 oz.
